Is it wrong that I read this as “There are no shortcodes to any place worth going” ?

Nice quote. It seems this post is an attempted yet quite impactful shortcut :)

It just meant that in order to get where you want to go or in order to achieve success the best way is to take no shortcuts at all. Easy come, easy go. Better have won the hard way than to lose without doing anything.

Internet Marketeers should have that tattooed across their foreheads (or at least stuck on their fridge door)

I tried to think of a witty way to shorten the phrase but failed.

There was that one time…. Go all the way around the building and in to the public restroom and risk NOT making it??? or just pee behind the bush I was already standing next to and risk getting caught??? some times you just have to take the short cut and this time… it WAS worth taking the short cut to get there!!!
