I tried to install it last night but WP says it needs a style sheet. I created a child theme with one, but it would not activate either. You do not have any install docs on your site and I won’t pay $29 to install a “free” framework. I would join your “club” when/if I saw that Hybrid was of value to our design firm. Honestly, how hard would it be to put up a page with some bare-bones instructions on how to get Hybrid running? Maybe you could have a “free” area on your support board for installation and make all the other sections “paid?” You lost this potential customer. Your customer will bring value ($) to you, but first you have to bring some value to them… and making them pay $29 to see what is behind the green curtain is not what I would call “value” but since you have been successful with your biz model, I suppose you know best what works for you. I wish you well.

Al, if you don’t want to pay for support, all you need to do is look at any Hybrid Core theme and check out how Hybrid Core is “installed”.
