    Wow, they look amazing! I tried to my own the other day based on the recipe by Dan Lepard in the Guardian (http://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2013/apr/26/dan-lepard-mustard-buns-burgers-recipes) and they weren’t a complete disaster but they weren’t great either….really dense, didn’t brown properly and a lot smaller than the should be……The recipe you recommended looks a bit simplier. Thanks for sharing :)
