New Design: Retro-fitted

New Design: Retro-fitted

By Justin Tadlock on April 23, 2008

Well. It’s done.

It took me a few days and several complete redos of the entire design, but I think I’m finally content with this new theme. I call it Retro-fitted because the colors are a kind of throwback to some past that I certainly didn’t live in.

Some observations on theme design

Some observations on theme design

By Justin Tadlock on December 17, 2007

“A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.” – Douglas Adams I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what makes a good blog design and when to release that design to the world. I’ve ultimatley concluded that I have no good answer [...]

Make Your MySpace Profile Look Like Facebook 2

By Justin Tadlock on November 26, 2007

I’ve had many requests to update my fairly popular Facebook Mimic theme for MySpace. I finally promised myself that I’d do a complete revamp of the theme once I hit 2,000 downloads. Well, that time is now. Download: Before downloading, you should know that this theme is a div overlay theme, and it requires a [...]

By Justin Tadlock on December 10, 2006

I don’t have much time to blog because I’m taking final exams right now, but I’ll be popping in from time to time in the next few days. Go check out Books In Bed. It’s my new website. It should be fully-functional in the next week or two.

Books In Bed

By Justin Tadlock on November 27, 2006

I’m creating a new website called Books In Bed. Although, I might change it to Reader Village instead. It’ll probably be another month before the site is fully-functional, but you can check it out anyway.

Why Am I Tortured?

By Justin Tadlock on June 20, 2005

I’m bored. Yes, I said bored. Once again, I’m up late and thinking to myself that life is passing by and I forgot to hop on the train. I think I spend more time dreaming of action, adventure, romance, and drama than I spend doing something about it. Maybe I just feel like I need [...]

A Neverending Theme Plus Life & Stuff

By Justin Tadlock on May 19, 2005

I’m 21 years old. Twenty-one. I get this feeling, sometimes, that life is just passing me by. There’s so many things I would like to do within my lifetime. I think a lot of it is just that whole seeing-young-celebs-become-famous-before-I-do-thing. Even still, I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything in the last few years. Back [...]
