This was a painting for my mom. I felt bad that my sisters were getting some of my newer stuff after she had claimed my first and ugliest work. So, I wanted to create her something with my current skills, albeit still limited. She can still have the first one, but at least this one is, perhaps, worthy of adorning a wall somewhere.

I used a 100% wet-on-wet technique with the acrylics. At times, I wasn’t sure if it was going to work out, but I like how it came together in the end.
